Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping clients meet their needs
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience, preferably within a financial institution
- Strong customer/member service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
